This is our two story version of the extremely popular Beach Cabin 1000. Designed for those who require a separate sleaping area with the addition of a second floor.

This very attractive two-story low prim (70 including log fire) beach cabin was developed from the popular single story property. Very popular now as a larger rental property due to it's simplicity and functionality.
It has a footprint of 15x15 ideal for a first home in Sl and will fit very comfortably on a small plot of land.
